Returns & Exchanges
All Adverse Reactions products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures each item is created just for you.
If Something Isn’t Right
If there’s any issue with your order — including print defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item — we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund.
The fastest way to request help is through the “Report an Issue” link in your order confirmation email.
Sizing or Preference Returns (Apparel)
We understand that sizing can be tricky when ordering online. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find the best fit.
Because items are made to order, returns for fit or preference are accepted within 30 days of delivery and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to help cover production costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Returns must be submitted through our return portal using the link in your order confirmation or shipping email.
Non-Apparel Items
Non-apparel products (including mugs, magnets, stickers, tote bags, and accessories) are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges based on preference.
However, if anything is wrong with your order — including damage, defects, or incorrect items — you’re fully covered and we’ll provide a free replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking or return shipping fees.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
